Hi, I’m Jonathan. I’ve been investing in real estate since 2005, and I created Valdosta Home Buyers to give South Georgia homeowners another way to sell when listing a house isn’t the best fit.
When you contact Valdosta Home Buyers, you’re dealing directly with me. I don’t put a seller’s house under contract just so I can shop the deal to another investor.
Why I Built Valdosta Home Buyers
Hi, I’m Jonathan.
If you’re reading this, there’s probably a story behind the house. Maybe you inherited it. Maybe you’re tired of being a landlord. Maybe it needs more work than you want to take on. Or maybe you simply want to sell without going through repairs, showings, and months of uncertainty.
I’ve been investing in real estate since 2005. When you contact Valdosta Home Buyers, you’re talking to me—the person who would actually buy the house. I’m not an agent trying to get a listing, and I’m not putting your house under contract so I can shop it around to another investor.
Tell me what’s going on with the house. I’ll take a look, tell you what I can offer, and answer your questions. If the offer works for you, we move forward. If it doesn’t, that’s okay.
A direct sale isn’t the right answer for every house. If your house is ready for the market and getting the highest possible retail price is your priority, listing with a good agent may make more sense. But if repairs, timing, tenants, cleanup, or convenience matter more, I’d be glad to give you another option to consider.

How I Approach Real Estate
Outside of real estate, I’ve worked in healthcare since 2008. I’m married and a father of two. I’ve always treated real estate as a long-term business, and relationships and reputation matter to me.

If we agree on a sale, a real estate closing attorney handles the title and closing documents.
Local Contractors
After I buy a house that needs work, I use local contractors and trades to get it repaired and ready for what comes next.
